We are greeted by a mural drawing of a cow in front of the auditorium. This signaled that we were in for a treat! The Chinese New Year assembly was a delightful mix of singing, dancing, poetry recitation and role-play. It was wonderful to see every child at TWIS on stage – even their teachers danced and modeled traditional Chinese clothing!
We are grateful to our dynamic Chinese department who collaborated with our dance, music and visual art teachers to produce such a delightful array of performances. We can’t wait for the next show!
