With a Bachelor’s Degree in Biology from Saint-Peterburg State University, a Bachelor’s Degree in Linguistic from Tomsk Polytechnic University, a Postgraduate Certificate in Education from the University of Sunderland in the UK, Mr. Paul is now pursuing a master’s degree in Education Leadership from University of Bath, UK.
